Here is the general gist of it:
In the year of 2060, the whole world has been uploaded to the Internet. Now, most people live their whole lives digitally, only stopping to eat, drink and other minor stuff like that. Whilst most people live it normally, there are a small selection of people who like to exploit the world, who are known as hackers, and as this is against the law. This is where the "police" of the Internet come in. These are known as the enforcers.
